Ordered the 10" Shower Arm in brushed nickel. Part arrived quickly (thanks Amazon). installation instructions were missing, and I had a question about a supplied locking nut. Question was answered quickly (part not needed). Now my 6'5" son doesn't have to stoop in the shower! Great customer service experience and part. Thanks!

I received the shower arm on the day promised and was very pleased with this product. It is very durable, not the cheap plastic of so many other shower arms, and so easy to install. No leaks and the arm stays put in whatever position you choose. Now I'm ready to enjoy a shower the way it was meant to be!
