Beyond Amazing!

This order came EXACTLY how it was pictured!! The fragrance was long lasting and so soft on the skin!!! The crate was actual wood as well, so it was sturdy and well put. This is the best gift basket I've ever received, will definitely be buying from them again for the future!!!

We know you want fast, reliable shipping.  That is why we partner with the top fulfillment companies that also service large eCommerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.  We ship to all states and most territories inside the United States.  Some products may be unavailable in certain territories based on local regulations.


The following shipping options are available to U.S. domestic orders.

Expedited Shipping 2-3 business days $9.95
Priority Shipping* 1-2 business days $19.95

We do not directly ship products outside the United States at this time.  However, international orders can be placed for our items on eBay and shipped internationally with eBay's Global Shipping Program.  For international customers, you can browse our items on eBay at this link: https://www.ebay.com/usr/aquaelegante


Please note that orders with more than one item may have multiple shipments from different warehouses.  We will send you tracking numbers for each shipment.  The items may arrive on different days, but we don't consider the order complete until all items have been delivered.

We are a small, family-owned business dedicated to our customers.  If you have any issues with our products, please email us.  We will work to find a solution, whether that is sending you a replacement or giving you a refund.


It doesn't matter if you buy our products on this website or another eCommerce platform.  We will help you.  Just have your order number ready, and we will do our best to serve you.

 

Our standard policy is to accept returns for products that are new or slightly used for up to 30 days after delivery.  But we are flexible.  If you are ever unhappy with our products, please contact us so that we can determine the best way to solve your concerns.
